Now New Hair Technology is offering its expertise through its Wig Repair Service for damaged and worn-out wigs, toupees, and top-of-head hairpieces to both the consumer and professional wig market. If you believe a wig or hair piece is not salvageable, let our experts see it first before you decide to discard it.
New Hair Technology’s Repair Division provides lace front repairs, hairpiece repairs, wigs and toupee repair services at competitive prices with exceptional results.
Our repair services include:
- Re-ventilation – Synthetic and Human Hair
- Color Refurbishment (for sun/environmentally damaged pieces)
- Lace Front – New or Repair
- Detangling
- De-matting and/or De-Rooting (when possible)
- Cap Mending
- Cap Re-Sizing
- Adding Hair
- Hair Reconditioning (when possible)
Upon contacting us, we will ask you to send the wig(s), toupee(s) and/or top-of-head piece(s) to our office so that we may provide you with a pre-repair estimate. Once you have contractually agreed to our services, we will need a 50% deposit to begin the repair. The balance is to be paid upon completion and before shipping. Cash, checks, money orders, and credit cards are accepted forms of payment.
All repair jobs usually take 2-4 weeks for completion. Prices and delivery time are determined by the length and amount of hair needed, as well as the complexity of the repair. There is no guarantee on repair services.
Rush Service is available at an additional charge. Please note that payment by credit card, bank check, or money order will expedite your completed order.
